Process
How working together looks
We rely on a transparent process: clear arrangements, one person leading the project and a schedule that is part of the proposal. We settle everything before the camera rolls.
Brief and conversation
Tell us a few sentences about your project: the goal, the audience, the deadline. We usually reply within 24 hours and follow up on the details – by e-mail or on a short call.
Concept and quote
You get a concrete proposal: the idea, scope, schedule and price – often in several budget options.
The shoot
We arrive on set prepared to the hour. One well-planned day can deliver material for a whole campaign – that’s how the 7 commercials for Unit4Men were made.
Post-production
Editing, sound design, color grading, graphics and subtitles. Two revision rounds as standard and the final cut delivered in formats for your channels.
2 revision rounds includedDeadlines
On-time delivery and a clear flow of information are the foundation of how we work – also with agencies producing through us for their own clients.
We set the schedule at the start of the project – for bigger productions it’s written into the proposal. 100% of our projects have been delivered on time so far.
“Every video deadline was met.”

Common questions
Didn’t find your answer? Write to us – we usually reply within 24 hours.
How long does production take?
Usually 2–6 weeks from kick-off to the final cut. Short formats are faster. We set the schedule at the start.
Can I request changes to the video?
Yes. Two rounds of editing changes are standard. Additional revisions are agreed individually.
What do I need to prepare on my side?
The goal of the video, the target audience and brand materials (logos, brand book). One decision-maker on your side speeds the project up significantly. We’ll guide you through the rest.
Do you provide the script, voice-over, actors and locations?
Yes. We write the script and storyboard, or work from the client’s or agency’s materials. We arrange voice-over artists, actors, a studio, green screen and drone footage.
Do you work outside Warsaw and abroad?
Yes. We work across Poland and handle productions on location – we tailor the logistics to the shot list and budget.
Can I get the raw footage from the shoot?
Yes, on request as an additional service. The cost depends on the amount of footage and the delivery method.
Do you work with agencies as a subcontractor?
Yes – we handle the whole production or selected stages, such as the shoot or the edit. Details on the for agencies page.
