How we process personal data and use cookies on solvofilm.com.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Łukasz Radzikowski, running a sole proprietorship under the name Solvo Film Łukasz Radzikowski, ul. ks. Teofila Boguckiego 4/56, 01-502 Warsaw, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 9591691873, REGON 260344873 (“Solvo Film”, “we”).

What data we process and why

Contact form, e-mail and phone. When you write to us via the form or directly, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message. We do this to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss potential work – under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: communicating with people interested in our services).

Cooperation and settlements. If we start working together, we process the data needed to conclude and perform the contract and to handle settlements – under Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (tax and accounting obligations).

Site analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, which collects information about how the site is used (including pages visited, device type, approximate location). This data is statistical – we do not link it to your identity.

Providing your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or phone number we will not be able to reply to your message. We do not send a newsletter or marketing mailings. We do not make automated decisions about you or carry out profiling with legal effects.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry correspondence for the duration of the conversation and then for up to 3 years from the last contact – in case of claims or a return to the topic. Data related to a concluded contract and settlements is kept for 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by law. Statistical data in Google Analytics is stored for a maximum of 14 months.

Who we share the data with

We use services that support the operation of the site and our communication – to the extent necessary, they may process your data on our behalf:

SEOHost (website and mailbox hosting) and Google (Google Analytics 4 statistics, embedded YouTube videos, Google Maps). We do not sell personal data and do not share it with other parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EEA

In connection with the use of Google services, data may be transferred to the United States. This takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision concerning the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, which ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Cookies

Essential – enable the basic operation of the site and do not require consent.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) – stored only after you give consent in the banner on your first visit. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time: .

Embedded content. We embed videos via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) – YouTube cookies may be set only once you start playback. The site footer embeds a Google Map – in this case Google receives your IP address. Fonts are served from our own server (self-hosted), so loading them does not send any data to Google.

You can also manage cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Restricting essential cookies may affect how the site works.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to: access your data and receive a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).

To exercise these rights, write to lukasz@solvofilm.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example when the tools we use change – the current version is always available on this page. Version dated 16 July 2026.
